The biggest issue is that people are not able to buy. Sure, they can go open a special account somewhere to do it, but unlikely they'll do that.

It seems like there's just me and several others who can buy. I just put my bids over theirs. If my 2 mil fills at 0006, I'll immediately bid another 5 mil. I don't think it will happen though. O could take those 19's and 20's again, but there's really not much for sale there.

I think Rik is doing everything he can about the CE, he obviously knows how important it is. This might take another month or it might take another year but I think there is huge potential here.
