02 -- the problem with these statements is that we currently have to take management's word for this, and with their track record, a lot of people are reluctant to do that without some actual evidence.

I am of the opinion that the business plan has a lot of potential and it is currently worth the risk to see if the company can actually start delivering. I don't know how long I will continue to give them the benefit of the doubt, but for now the potential reward balances the risk for a modest position.
