Last phase of COVID-19 disaster recovery programs will come to an end after 2021, We also know most of these CEOs can't get a regular job in the market, so they will have to run their tickers.

In my opinion most of these CEOs will make their company current in Jan, 2022 . that's when OTC will lite up.

Just little more patience is what is needed in OTC market.
