Its all about survival. I believe this whole delay in going current may have cost GS merger candidates like SWAPP. Currently GS maybe concentrating more in getting at least GOFF merger sorted to save face and dignity. But for the other two i think it will be either a dead end or another delay for several months until he finds a merger candidate .I am not holding my breath for that.
