Misspoke it is convertible. Your price is probably close as they plan on closing within a week if I read this right. I originally thought by redeeming note that would stop the conversion by paying a prepayment penalty. After rereading this that was not the intent but to stop the interest only. This would add a lot of shares to the tune of 40 million shares plus another 6 million on another closing which would put us close to 180 mil fully diluted with a lot of cash on hand. This will enable a lot more deals with ebidta growing in excess of $50 mil in 2022.
