Funny, I don’t ever recall seeing a letter from NASDAQ on the subject. As far as I know, Thompson’s report about their interactions is all we have to go on and I don’t think his comments go nearly as far as you state.

Once again, we will probably have to wait to find out for certain. You expect KBLB to uplist as soon as their first shipment goes out, correct? I think we are a long way away from that point.
