Case is still open, therefore transfer of control not complete. How do you do anything with a company that you don't have control over? You don't. You sold, nothing you say is going to get anyone else to sell, and aside from a couple comments no one agrees with you. Take the L on the chin and do yourself a favor and move on. I hope you make your money back on somethin else man but please quit being so bitter. I could understand if you had any factual information to support anything you're saying, but you don't. It's all speculation, there's nothing on paper that proves that you're right.
