No Change in Outstanding since September. THE only ones selling are weak hands. MMs are trying real hard to push this down... This is the stupid manipulation the OTC always deals with.. One good thing, a company puts out news of a $6.6m Apraisal Valuation and the closing of the construction loand to complete the final builds.and the stock heads south with zero increase in Outstanding shares,, think about that.
This smells of a massive shake out of weak hands. An Asset Appraisal giving 2 of the 4 properties a $6.6m valuation. $6.6m / 728,361,015 O/S
Equals .009.

Shit $6.6m / 3,000,000,000 Equals. 0022. That's just the 2 out of 4 properties and being fully diluted with NO other assets being added.
I would have to believe if they dilute some of that 3b shares, there will be additional value brought in. imho.

Until those #s don't make sense.
Based on Asset Valuation.
I'm not gunna sweat it. IMHO. , a clear shakedown. Nothing has changed except the company received Construction Loans to complete 2 of the 4 properties they own.. and increase the Authorized. that don't concern me, I stated imo the company would have to dilute more to continue growth. As long as that's what they do.

now that it can complete 3 properties instead of 1??
Seems shady to me. How can a company be worth more with 1 property, than 3 properties?

maybe 728,361,015 shares are worth more with 1 property valued at $3.3m . Just my guess cause it seems the houses are all the same or very similar. So I am guessing they should be appraised the around the same price or very close to it.
That would give an Asset Appraisal value of $9.9m for it's 3 properties.
