$OMID is not for swing traders, and flippers that’s for sure. Being in the pinks and trading as high as it does… it’s expensive to get a good position in OMID. The low float is a both a blessing and a curse and those wanting OMID stock, need to be willing to pay for it. When we see the big bids come in then we’ll know we’re getting some new blood.
I know what I own. Until Adam and Kevin show me different, I’m betting on them to keep growing this company, while staying on the edge of innovation. If they need to raise capital to expand, I am ok with that as long as it’s not dilutive financing with toxic lenders. Institutional funding at favorable terms will be easily obtained with a uplist IMHO. I don’t want to see this float EVER over 200mm though. I do want to see expansion happen to keep up with the demand but they must be determined to sell shares from a position of strength and at a much higher share price. If Adam and Kevin can sell shares at a quarter each, it would only take a 12mm share offering to raise 3mm dollars, which is significant cash. Or 24mm @ .125, 50mm in the .06 would get close to 3mm cash. I’m just trying to show the potential amounts of shares needed to raise money for expansion. That is where I hope this is going because it means they’re killing it! They’re absolutely building their business the right way, and we shareholders should be appreciative of that. These guys can totally merge with a larger company once they’ve uplisted and established a decent market cap after a couple years of growth.. That would be a life changer for Adam and Kevin and I believe that is their long term goal. Things can happen pretty fast once a company builds that kind of momentum. Yes, we have a ways to go before we are at that point, but a uplist will be necessary to make it ALL happen! Just IMHO.
Onwards and Upwards!
