I'm glad u said liquidated because we all know tangible assets are included in liquidation, intangible are not. The monitor stated that tangible assets were sold. Liquidation value does not include intangible assets such as a company's intellectual property, goodwill, and brand recognition. Remember the final statement from the monitor,which came after ccaa, revealed that tangible assets had sold. Didn't mention anything about intangible assets....
