Lets hope the BOD and MGMT takes the higher road and responds in good faith, fulfilling their duties as fiduciaries.

Not gonna hold my breath. We do lots of litigation and bad facts often result in parties doubling down rather than ripping off the bandage and honestly addressing the issue. Its often ego with folks, and ego is hard to get around.

I feel strongly that Steve was and is a good person, he always was. I feel a younger Steve would be mortified by whats transpired over the last 30-something months, as the character and integrity of the family used to be paramount.

Now, who knows? I am doing an elder abuse case in CA right now (not securities related) and CA has some strong laws. Even the famous Gerry Spence is involved in one now (as the elder abuse victim), since the fiscal abuse of elderly ownership classes is on the rise nationally.

I am sad, and more poor, than before. This is the single biggest loss in my 20plus years of investing and I regret I exposed my kid to this stock. Her mom and I met at Clark in Worcester, then we discovered VYTEX at a pitch show over a decade ago.

This truly breaks my heart.
