.....clearly, the old WaMu shareholders can only get 'juice' out of the liquidating trust - - - - if it gets LIQUIDATED..........and it ain't.............trust law is ROCK SOLID.................
.....only solution, imo, LAR LAR is the KKR idea, which never got off the ground...............................create a NEWCO, and solicit funding which will pay off, at least 17 and 19 classes...........and retain a priority claim in the trust with a court-directed mandate to truly liquidate...............................
..........life is too short for investments like uwbi and WaMu, LAR LAR.................................
