Hmmm, thought about buying at the open, but bid/ ask too broad and pps shot up above .03. So I waited and was surprised to see IDVV go negative.

Picked up some shares at .0173. With CE lifted, this should go green by eod and may approach .03 again. But beyond that, with potential mergers/acquisitions....who knows how high this can go.
