That’s our point. It needs to be done through the Nevada sos. That’s where the corporation is located and must be updated. Or terminated and transferring to another state. They cannot continue to operate as livechain with the wrong officers listed. They can continue as Livechain without changing the name if they choose. But all officers must be updated and stock designations and mergers adjusted to reflect the new entity as the owner.
