The amended S1 today is an interesting signal for me. The problem with this stock right now is the history and that history is Jason. Jason's complete control through his class "A" preferred shares has to be dealt with from a corporate governance stance. I'm wondering now if the offering is the vehicle to unwind Jason's ownership ans was the long term goal for him to cash out. Concrete steps toward getting the corporate structure in line for an up-list could also send the price up to qualifying levels in my opinion.
