The issue is that we are not allowed to do anything that can be construed as "influencing price". This is a difficult position to be in. You have to understand, the incoming company might choose to add a non disclosure clause preventing us from announcing anything.

You need to keep an eye out for material changes and do your own research because we can only share what we are allowed to share. Maybe what we can do is have a question and answer session on general topics traders are confused about concerning mergers.
