.....2. not sure about the cash, which is coming from the RECEIVER.....I heard the FDIC said shareholders would get any leftovers from the RECOVERIES after the liabilities were paid.........all based upon crooked, un-challenged fascist accounting, imo..........drew/HL said we would take a split of the RECOVERIES to settle now (which also gave them 35%).......FDIC said ok..................only question is........how much was split.....if HL is getting $40mm.............means half of the recoveries = about $130mm..................minus HL's cut = $90 for us, or about $2.80 per +/-..............that's my conclusion, Mr. Motel..................
