QMC is so bad with controls that they were years late on financial reporting and ultimately had their registration revoked.

There are other drug companies than MERCK , computer companies than IBM , retailer, grocery stores than Walmart, and professional services companies like KPMG that have done very very well in the real world.

You don't have to be number one in a field to become successful, especially when you already have a partner that is producing billions of units a year that stated it could use your Q DOT ant-counterfeiting technology and whose partner partner could readily use your vac-chek product.
