(“Cytovia”), Immune Oncology Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Oncology”), Maxim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Maxim”), and Immune Pharmaceuticals USA Corp. (“USA,” collectively with the foregoing, the “Debtors”). All the subs are still owned by Immune.
