I would love to see that answered but the truth is there isn’t a series of events that will ever bring back former BioAmber Inc or the shares attached to it. That ship sailed the day the liquidation was approved.
First there is nobody there to perform even the basic of filings required as everyone resigned back in 2018.
Second why would anyone ever pay $60 plus million to pay off the debt still attached to it with getting nothing in return? Since there are Zero assets left in former BioAmber what is the upside for someone to pay the back debt and pay shareholders a windfall?
