There isn't going to be a r/s short to mid-term if the plan is to raise the a/s first. Besides, the bashers would be all over it if it had right now.
Pink current with decent revs and big share structures could be the new norm in the OTC.
Nobody wants to invest into known r/s'ing companies. It may as well be a death sentence for a company and BYOC isn't anywhere near there, at least not yet.
