Or poop~OUTT a PR or a blurb on a paid tout sheet.
No 8-K filing is possible. The scamco may use a form that looks like an official 8-K form and post it n the paid ad OTCM website, butt it is nott an 8-K and it is not filed (which is a term of art meaning filed with the SEC - non-registrant PRs are 'furnished' or 'published' on the OTCM paid ad website and/or a newswire service.
