Ya moving this stuff around is normal. Accounting is a bunch of made up numbers. Been in those long drawn out discussions before. Actually it seems like I've been in the same long conversation for a year now about classifying things. It's so painful spending time with accountants talking about made up numbers. Revenue, Gross margins, op ex, etc. Have a broad understanding of the accounting rules, but they are long run indicators if they are constructed consistently. Focus on cashflow for this thing. You won't get lost in BS margins and BS earnings...
