Considering the company no longer owns the name "BioAmber", the name is no longer attached to the shares. Delaware company #4612067 no longer has a transfer agent, and to top it off the symbol has been deleted from listing on any exchange...I don't think there is a category for that ...With FINRA suspending the Cusip the byproduct is the shares become hung indefinitely ..."indefinitely dormant" would be a good description.
