Where are you seeing the info for Eric dumping his shares and his cash arrangement with Josh? I’m not discrediting any info by any means, just wanted to see your perspective. I completely agree Eric has zero interest in the shareholders. He is a lender, a businessman, and could care less about us. He’s in it for the money, and squeezing out every dollar he can from Josh. I guess it’s all interpretation for the “unrestricted” and “restricted” but to each their own
