Perhaps Leo is waiting for the Tax loss selling to end before he puts out fantastic news. Remember December 2012, right before Christmas, Bam!! I think we went from under a buck to a buck 70 before the shorts kicked in.

Also, if the mm's are selling short, he'll wait till they get in Deep, then Boom, Leo lowers the boom!!
