I think we all can agree MSTO has been getting beat down for quite some time now. That being said, I believe Dr. Blunt has pointed out here multiple times, this stock is at a HUGE discount right now. Everyone tries to see hindsight, but look at where the company was in the past, to where it is now. I think Josh has been doing a good job with the cards he's been dealt. Obviously some better decisions could've been made along the road, but his real estate goals and accomplishments are proving to be successful when you look at the numbers. This stock is way undervalued so I think we just need to hang on a little longer and this current build will sell soon and make everyone happy. He definitely needs to work on his PR side to throw us some more treats LOL. JMO
