That's just the way it goes in the OTC, the company is not worried about the shareholders or the share price at this point in time, they are in survival/growing mode right now, just watch and see how the SP will be about a penny or so in early 2022, I have seen this happen a thousand times.
Time to scoop up the panic sellers shares and cruise into the new year.
