With the money raised to "pursue this lawsuit" ($27million I think it was) as Holman said, I demand that they pursue an appeal. The facts of this case seem strong and an appeal creates leverage for a settlement because now the denial will be reviewed by an appeals court not a single local judge. I am writing Holman to demand they do this and Retire shares while they're at it....so he and HCMC can show just how much they "value their shareholders" as they always claim!
