The problem with this business model is the revenue is pretty much known and fixed to the number of beds. They are adding 10 beds more so 20% more in the 53K in net operating earnings isn't much. They had to pack up shop again and move out of the previous 174 bed facility so economy of scale wasn't the answer either. As long as they keep printing those shares they will be fine as longs as those shares keep finding buyers.
