I think people are missing the point here - I think this is a significant smoke signal.

Publicly, in interviews, Guy has mentioned he would not spend investor monies on corporate trials if he did not feel positive about reaching the primary endpoint.

We also know that the current trial is open label, allowing results to be seen. One of the stated uses of the 18MM raise is for clinical trials.

I personally am ecstatic about this move and what it could mean for the future for patients and caregivers (and investors) and am even happier to accumulate more shares at a discount.
