I stand corrected then. But I'm afraid you missed my point. The actual Complaint does not matter to me. To me, what is more important is WHY did Roger feel the need to file the Complaint saying the acquisition never happened while Sinensky is saying the acquisition did ABSOLUTELY without a doubt occur?

And in my opinion that's because if the acquisition actually occurred, which in my opinion it most certainly did, Roger is going to owe Sinensky a TON of shares to complete that acquisition. SO MANY SHARES IN FACT THAT SINENSKY IS GOING TO OWN OPTI.

That's all I was trying to say. To me the actual Complaint doesn't matter. Its the MOTIVE behind the Complaint which interests me.
