The significant increase in production of escozine that would come from modernizing and expanding the reservation is where I would expect to see a return on investment.

If progress truly has been made, why isn't the company bragging about it?

With current financials as they are, if progress hasn't yet been made, then what hope is there, within the five years agreement window of the plan ever coming to fruition?

Please prove me wrong, but currently, it seems the most valuable liquid on the planet is crawling around the jungle untapped.
