Just to add a little more value to your suggestion, my belief is that Mr. Ashburn's retirement, will be replaced with an entity in his position, or bare minimum a strong board member.

I'll go with PC's NPV and subsequently pick US$9.47 as the first strong resistance. haha or better yet pick it as support! haha

But seriously, even a "Friendly" buy-out offer, would demand to look at any and all offers, and that could explode into the high $10's or even higher, depending on interest jmo

Follow the Technicals, or be Fundamentally too late to the Party.
