what if another big has some interest,u say no,if there is however a jnj or stryker interested it would change things,if only for the patents like short said because it gives entry into market for a sp robot and the patents are valuable for other projects,500 mill is chump change to these big boys isnt it,especially an allstock deal,do u think this becomes a buy again at some point,remember the mdt deal came out of no where or do u say stay away at all costs,God bless all
