Yeah sure LOL. That’s exactly what I thought as I knew nothing could be posted to disprove the liquidation. There is absolutely nothing that can prove anything more is coming to former BioAmber shareholders period!!
There is no restructuring wants to liquidation was approved that was it. In the real world companies don’t emerge from a liquidation to secretly restructure lol!!
If there was anything to prove something else was happening other than what the courts documented it would have been put here right away in response to my other post. The reason no documents were posted is because they don’t exist
