Yup, I didn’t want to believe that a seasoned custodian couldn’t sell this SS to a non-RS company. Horrible that that happened and the market is worse off even though a few people made money a lot lost money and that is bad for the market overall. All the time and effort waiting all year 40 million shares, perfect SS and they do a RS. Lazar is the king of custodianships supposedly and he sold this share structure to a RS, with one day jump to .17 with one of those pumpers saying “enjoy your run” like it was pre-known that it was all over after that, and the OTC and regulators are supposed to be cleaning up the OTC? Looks like the same old OTC with fewer companies. This SS had more promise than maybe any other not to do a RS and it did one anyway, disgusting occurrence by any measure, like taking a diamond and flushing it down a toilet filled with ****.
