Clayton Scott makes a very good case why evangiliou is incorrect.
Although his argument is way above my pay grade, it is clear that he
skewers INTEL's witness.
More interesting, in my view, is that Intel is making such a concerted effort to basically state that SVM-RFE was not patentable. Why would Intel go to such lengths to dispute HDC'x patents unless Intel was
indeed infringing on them???---and presumable there are big bucks involved regarding this potential infringement---Hence Intels efforts to discredit the patent. Let's face it, if Intel was NOT using this patent, they would have no reason to question SVM-RFE being patentable.
Even if HDC wins, though, the amount of the judgment is still in question and
with so many shares outstanding (fully diluted ---at least 630,000 million)--and the fact that
the Lawyers need to get paid and greedy HDC management will undoubtedly stuff their own
pockets-----The judgment would have to be huge indeed to support, say a $1.00 share price---Call me thick, but I just don't see that in the cards. Maybe the stock will go up to as much as 50 cents, but
does that justify a 20 cent price now, given all the uncertainties???
Buy High probably knows the answer to this---HA!
