Like they need the $5 commission? It’s definitely a trick to get retail frustrated and slap the Ask.
Goes the same sitting shares on the Ask.
A single share sell trade may cause a retail seller to say F’it and dump.

If I’m going to make a fast $5k over a few months, what’s a $5 kick in the gut every once in awhile. It’s so easy to see their games. Petty games too.,
