My broker uses it as well. It sure as hell beats printing something off, signing it and faxing it back. Or trying to scan it after you sign it, save it as a PDF and sending it encrypted.

My healthcare provider uses them as well. Cuts down on time going to an appt 15 minutes ahead of time and filling out the necessary forms.

I haven't looked at their financials yet but I think they will rebound. Yahoo finance has them as a 1 year target over $300.
