Aloha GoldMan Auctus offense may have criminal implications. I Cannot fault Gary (and i know you would agree) as some the only options he had were hard money to keep the lights on while they build this out imho
Auctus might even want to hold shares so badly at this point seeing positive momentum manifest that they are pulling out the make me bully tactics...They may be subject to huge penalties based, if agreement was sound. imo
