Wow... do you really believe what you say?

1st - VITX is a legit company with actual revenues. New CFO had his work cut out for him clearing up preferred B's from merger.

2nd - VITX has 20 employees to go with many sales people who work strictly off commission. They have posted steady revenues each quarter for last year with their company spreading globally.

3rd- You keep posting your RS scare tactic (ON TOPIC) which has zero merit. The whole purpose of the 0029's was to clear up preferred b's from past and avoid a RS. I notice you don't point out that the RS language was removed from amended filings after the 0029's posted, So I will... if folks look back at 2nd and 3rd Q they would see the RS talk referring to preferred b's as a means to settling the debt. 0029's resolved that issue and there is NOT ONE SINGLE MENTION OF RS IN FUTURE!!!
