I like that scenario and would be happy with it. But, then why didn’t they dismiss “with prejudice “? And then PR’d, and make it public?

I still feel they’re negotiating (because it was “without prejudice”) and Emil was encouraged to file these new lawsuits. I would think either Apple or AT&T, would just want to own the patents and go after the remaining infringers. But, I’d take a settlement and move on to even Europe, for that matter, if they now have extra money.

Who the heck really knows.

Now Emil’s taking on China! Ha Ha ha
