Respectively, senv2000, you're applying fundamental analysis and valuation metrics to an OTC stock. It just doesn't work that way in the OTC. And most especially at this stage of the RM process. We're in the lead-up to the honeymoon phase right now.

Perhaps, sometime in late 2022 the GOFF stock price will reconcile to it's true after-merger fundamental valuation, but definitely not now. Just look at TSN*P/HMB*L chart below over the last year. Valuations 'were what they were' in Nov 2020 and Feb 2021 based on what we knew or perceived about the "potential" of Humbl. Emphasis on the word "potential".
