Private placement is NOT a minor detail. It is the literal definition of a material event. And I’m not saying the details won’t be made available, I’m saying that buying it up near $60 without the aforementioned details is irresponsible, as is screaming for the moon. What happens if the PIPE is getting convertibles at $5 per?

None of it is super important right this second because, after all, the only thing they’ve said is that they’ve made “efforts”, which amounts to little more than a zoom meeting at best.
