Rich, that is a good plan. However, I don't think the people on the message board slapping the ask at the end of the day would have any real impact. Someone could put in a trade and knock it back down. I am in agreement with you on everything else. Good luck on the house. We went through hell with our buyer 2 years ago. Almost didn't happen.
