Did Anybody check this process with SEC or lawyer to be legit? What if you give your shares and not getting money? Going to court.p? Lol

Most of the Penny Stocks are just letters and word not real company, which run by special people to take advantage of your money! The whole system is aware of every single share you own and don't let you win if they don't want to!
