Honestly I think the FDA is hesitant in believing how great this technology is and want more proof. Simple as that. They approved seeds, external bean therapy and other treatment types and none are this good. So I think FDA is just making sure rdgl is legit which it is and will change the standard care of cancer treatments. Only hurdle is big pharma holding it down because they would lose a lot of money in other treatments currently being used.
