I ran out of posts. Dillution is when you sell shares to the open market. Yes you can sell restricted shares to the open market but they have to be registered. The float represents the Public readable float. That is the shares that are traded between us traders and does not include restricted shares are well as common shares over 5%. Float is 1.8b accumulation shows over 2b shares. This includes the directors common shares but that are not tradable of that makes sense. 700m restricted shares were give out in August. This would be a controlling interest in the stock which would mean someone has been give access to makes decisions.
