Imagine buying this turd just because someone said PIPE. Blind buying without seeing the framework of the PIPE they are seeking. Are they commons? Preferred? Debt notes? What’s the discounted price? Will there be a reset clause? Will there be a minimum PPS threshold under which compensatory shares cannot be issued in order to prevent a short sale triggered takeover by the PIPE?

This is PRIMED for dilution. Pay attention to who ends up doing the PIPE, if it happens. The PIPE will be the middleman in this scam
